  • We do not accept returns or refunds after the product has been shipped.
  • Due to the nature of custom-made products, we do not accept returns or refunds.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer preferences. If you find any obvious defects in the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will verify the condition of the product through images, and if an obvious defect is confirmed, we will cover the shipping costs and process the return and refund.
