Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept credit cards. We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and other credit cards. Some cards may not be accepted, so please check at the time of purchase.
Will you store my credit card information?
Our store does not store credit card information without your permission, so you can enjoy shopping with peace of mind. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we manage personal information.
Can I make payments by methods other than credit card?
Besides credit cards, PayPal is also accepted as a payment method.
Can I change the payment method after purchasing a product?
We are sorry, but we do not accept changes to the payment method after purchase. Please check the payment method in advance to ensure that there is no mistake.

Shipping

How long does it take for the product to arrive at my home after purchase?
Purchased items are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days. The delivery time varies depending on the country of destination, but it usually takes 1–2 weeks. However, please note that delivery may be delayed depending on the region and weather conditions.
Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping. Please enjoy shopping without worrying about shipping charges.
Can I choose the shipping company?
Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to choose their own shipping company.

Made-to-order

Can you produce made-to-order items that are sold out?
We are sorry. Since our products are one-of-a-kind, we are not able to resell them or produce made-to-order items. However, it is possible to produce the same design using other kimonos or obis.
Can I request a custom-made product with my own design?
We are sorry. We can only accept custom-made orders with our designs.
I do not have a kimono or obi. How can I request a custom-made order?
You can find images of kimono and obi on the fabric page. Please choose one of them and submit your request for custom-made.
Can you do custom-made with fabrics other than kimono and obi?
We are sorry. We cannot accept orders for materials other than kimono and obi.

Care Instructions

Please tell me how to care for my bag.
Gama-guchi bags, numnah bags, shoulder pouches, and other bags (made from obi) cannot be washed in water or cleaned as they will lose their shape and the color will fade.
Please be careful of the following points when using them:
– The product may be damaged or lose its shape when heavy items are placed in it.
– The color may shift or lose its shape when exposed to moisture, water, perspiration, or high heat.
– Direct sunlight or strong lighting may cause discoloration.
– Alcohol and oils such as perfumes and cosmetics may cause damage or deterioration of the product.
– Friction and shock may cause color migration, deterioration, and fraying of the product.
Please tell me how to care for clothes made from kimono.
Clothing made from kimono is made of silk, so there is a possibility that it will shrink if washed in water. We recommend that you use a dry-cleaner when caring for them. Garments made with gold or silver thread, or those using gold or silver leaf, are prone to damage during cleaning. Please instruct the cleaning service to handle them gently.
Please note the following points when wearing the garment:
– Carrying a shoulder bag on your shoulder may damage the fibers, especially with chain-type straps.
– Accessories with many protrusions may damage the fabric.
– Exposure to moisture, water, perspiration, or high heat may cause color migration.
– Direct sunlight or strong lighting may cause discoloration.
– Alcohol and oils such as perfumes and cosmetics may damage or deteriorate the product.
– Friction and shock may cause color migration, deterioration, and fraying.
– After wearing, please hang it in a well-ventilated place for a day before storing it.
– If stains or dirt appear, please have it cleaned promptly.
– When ironing, please use a medium temperature with a cloth between the iron and the garment.

Others

How long is the warranty on the product?
The warranty period for purchased products is one year from the date of purchase. A warranty card stating the product name and date of purchase is included with your product, and it covers malfunctions due to defective parts or manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, carelessness, or normal wear and tear.
Can I return products?
Yes, you can. We will accept returns only if the product is found to be defective upon arrival. In such cases, please attach images of the defective areas to your return request email and send it within two weeks. After confirmation, we will process the return and refund.
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products and document them with images before shipping. If there is any abnormality in the packaging upon delivery, please refuse the package and check for any damage in the presence of your local postal delivery company.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
We do not accept returns due to customers’ reasons. Our products are one-of-a-kind, so please consider your purchase carefully.
Can I return custom-made products?
We do not accept returns for custom-made products made at the customer’s request. Please consider your purchase carefully.
What do you mean by “return for customer’s convenience”?

– Size differences (too big, too small, etc.)
– Minor issues such as loose threads
– Minor damages like a crushed box that do not affect the product
– Items with removed accessories or tags
– Concerns about product design, smell, or feel
– The product not matching its image
– Returns made without prior notice
– Other reasons that our store deems inappropriate for return/exchange.
I have purchased an item but have not received an email.
Please check your junk folder, as the order confirmation email may have been filtered there. If it is not in your junk folder, the email address you provided might be incorrect. Please contact us via the Contact Us form with your order number and email address to let us know you did not receive the email.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we do. For more details, please refer to the wrapping section on the product page and select your option.
I am going to Japan and would like to stop by your store.
We are a small workshop and store, so please visit in small groups. Also, note that we are closed on certain days and may have other customers present, so please make an appointment.
